How many times do you talk yourself out of a great presentation? Meaning that you are so focused on the presentation that you lose sight of the hearts and minds in the room. I call this the Poorly Perfect Presenter.  The Poorly Perfect Presenter wants to make sure everything is perfect and works so hard at being perfect that they become more automated and robotic in their presentation and less heartfelt. These kinds of presenters miss out on really connecting with the audience.
