To change your life, you must transform yourself and to do that, you must change your habits. Balance is defined on an individual basis just like success. My balancing act is different from your balancing act.

What we are all seeking if I can just speak for you here is energy management not time management.  We can not manage time, but we can manage where and how we use our energy (super powers).

I get asked this question all day- maybe 5 times a day. Lucinda, how do you manage it all? I say I don’t.  I don’t manage IT? I manage ME, my priorities, my conversations, my undivided attention and my resources.

We are going to do something cool for the next 21 days.  Research states that it takes 21 days to break or make a habit.  Starting Friday May 11, 2012 we are going on a Super Woman Fast.  No capes, no super powers, no kryptonite.  We are going to focus on ONE goal for the next 21days, it can be your health, your relationship, balancing your check book, whatever you feel is a priority and we are going to put that long standing obstacle on the DONE list.  Are you with me?

    MY PERSONAL 21 DAY FAST GOALS (Following Lucinda’s Lead)!

    Fitness-
    – Exercise for 10 minutes, twice a day

    Finances-

    -Develop 3 different coaching packages for my new life coaching business

    Faith-

    – Say a prayer of gratitude every day
    -Meditate for a minimum of 5 minutes daily
    -write in gratitude journal daily
    -write in pray rain journal daily

    Friends/Family-

    -Tell my husband I appreciate him every day
    -Pray with my kids every morning

    Gift To Myself

    – A new, beautiful sundress and a new lunch bag

    I am using your strategies along with some droid apps to help with goals and task tracking. Having trouble finding the 96 minutes to focus and power-out (personal) tasks. I’m working part-time as a website trainer, after this work, I start another (very part-time) consulting job doing the same type of work. I don’t have enough time in the day to get my personal tasks done. I am looking at HOW I am spending my time and making it count. I am delegating more but still not getting my tasks finished.
    I am aiming at the target, getting closer, but still missing it. I appreciate your humor and direction!!!
